Regarding NASA astronauts Butch Wilmore and Sunita Williams, who were stuck aboard the International Space Station (ISS) while engineers worked, Indian space scientist Mylswamy Annadurai said on June 29 that there were delays at the time of the launch and that the two scientists were even evacuated after boarding. “You look at any space program… During the launch as well, you saw that there were a lot of delays and after boarding, they were both evacuated… I think it’s part and parcel of the space game,” Mylswamy Annadurai said. The astronauts arrived at the International Space Station (ISS) on June 6. Their original plan was to spend eight days there. Twenty days later, NASA and Boeing officials are still adjusting the return of the Starliner Crew Flight Test spacecraft to Earth.
