50 Cent Weighs In On Rick Ross Incident In Canada

50 centin true Fif style, shared his thoughts on the viral video in which Rick Ross attacked in Canada. The incident reportedly occurred after Kendrick Lamar’s Drake diss track “Not Like Us” was played at a festival.

In a video posted to X (the platform formerly known as Twitter), 50 Cent initially called the incident “a very unfortunate situation” while speaking in a somber tone. However, he couldn’t help but laugh at the end.

“I just saw a very unfortunate situation that happened in Canada,” 50 said Monday. “I just wanted to say to everybody that I hope that brother got home safe. I hope he has a different perspective now and a better idea of what to do and what not to do when he’s out there in the world. That part where that young dude, he made that little move and shit and he got knocked out right there, that doesn’t reflect on him. That reflects on his camp and he should maybe go join the Dreamchasers or, uh, the 305 Killers.”

In a now-deleted tweet, 50 jokingly added: “No, pick up your husband, he’s over there asleep.”

50 Cent filmed his reaction video outside with trees in the background, calling for peace and positive vibes while promoting humorharmonyweekend.com.

He also shared his thoughts on Instagram, suggesting that Rick Ross “isn’t going to go back to Canada and act like it ain’t what it is.”

As of Monday afternoon, Rick Ross had yet to directly comment on the incident. Instead, he described his trip to Vancouver as “fun” in an Instagram update. Meanwhile, Drake liked one of several videos of the confrontation, staying out of the drama but offering his support.
