Statewide alert for missing Minnesota teen

Pine City, MN (KROC-AM News) – The Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension has issued a nationwide missing person alert for a 15-year-old girl.

The warning reads: Destination Rae Matrious was reported missing to the Pine County Sheriff’s Office on June 16. Her family reported that the teen had unknowingly left their Pine City home overnight and never returned.

Investigators suspect Destiny is in the Danbury and Siren areas of Wisconsin.

She is described as Native American, 5-4, approximately 180 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. It is unknown what clothing she was wearing when she left her family’s home.

Anyone with information on Destiny’s whereabouts is asked to contact the Pine County Sheriff’s Office at 320-629-8380.
