WrestleZone is saddened to share the news that Northeastern independent wrestling legend Bull Butcher passed away on June 30 at the age of 73 after a long battle with Alzheimer’s and dementia.

Butcher was trained by the late Ted Petty and has worked with a number of legends throughout his career, including Jack Victory, Ox Baker, Dr. Death David Schultz, Mad Dog DC Drake, Iron Man Tommy Cairo, Johnny Rodz, Chris Candido, Bam Bam Bigelow, Ric Flair, Maniac Mac Magee, Ivan Putski, Afa and Samu of the Wild Samoans and Eddie Miranda.
