Hatters Memberships NOW available for purchase online

We are pleased to announce that our seasonal Hatters and Junior Hatters membership programmes for the 2024/25 season are now available to purchase online.

This season we are pleased to confirm that an ongoing membership will not only increase your chances of obtaining match tickets throughout the season, but will also increase your loyalty each season and increase your chances of obtaining season tickets as we get closer to Power Court.

By joining or re-joining our membership program, fans will receive priority access to home and away tickets*, exclusive Hatters membership merchandise, monthly prize draws and a match-by-match ticket draw, whilst also building their loyalty. We can now announce that ongoing membership will increase your chance of purchasing a season ticket at Power Court.

Adults can purchase a membership for £50 and Junior Hatters (under 17s) for £10.

The Hatters Membership Scheme will continue to bridge the gap between season tickets and match-by-match ticket purchases. Members who are unable to secure a season ticket, or who support the club from afar, will be given a priority window to purchase home match tickets at Kenilworth Road. Not only that, the benefits include:

  • A priority window for home tickets (see below).

  • A priority period for away matches (see below).

  • With a continuous membership you increase your chances of purchasing a season ticket at Power Court (in addition to current season ticket holders).

  • Free entry to all development and youth team matches played at Kenilworth Road (*we reserve the right to exclude some cup matches).

  • Membership card.

  • 5% discount in the Club Shop, online with your customer reference or in person with your membership card.

  • Pin.

  • Invitation to an open training session.

  • Quarterly e-newsletter.

  • Welcome package with a souvenir.

  • Electronic welcome letter.

  • Draw of two tickets per match (home matches only).

  • Monthly drawing of signed items.

  • Video message for our Junior Hatters.

Please see below for detailed priority purchasing windows:

Home games:

  1. All season ticket holders have access to their seats via their season ticket.

  2. Diamond Season Card holders can book a maximum of one additional ticket (one of the three vouchers).

  3. Members from 2024/25 (continuously since 2022/23) have the option to purchase one ticket per member (same age category).

  4. Members from 2024/25 (continuously since 2023/24) have the option to purchase one ticket per member (same age category).

  5. New members for 2024/2025 with a previous purchase history in the ticket database from May 19, 2024 can purchase one ticket per member (same age category).

  6. New members 2024/25 without a previous purchase history or general sale with a purchase history.

  7. General sale with no purchase history.

Away games:

  1. For holders of a Diamond, Executive or Away season ticket, one ticket applies per person (same age category).

  2. Season ticket holders receive one ticket per person (same age category).

  3. Members from 2024/25 (continuously since 2022/23) have the option to purchase one ticket per member (same age category).

  4. Members from 2024/25 (continuously since 2023/24) have the option to purchase one ticket per member (same age category).

  5. New members for 2024/2025 with a previous purchase history in the ticket database from May 19, 2024 can purchase one ticket per member (same age category).

  6. New members 2024/25 without a previous purchase history or general sale with a purchase history.

  7. General sale with no purchase history.

When you sign up for Hatters Membership using your unique customer reference number, you will be given access to the priority window applicable to you to purchase match tickets as described above.

Season ticket holders and members can purchase guest tickets when tickets go on general sale in the sixth priority window.

If you do not know your customer reference number, please contact us. DO NOT register a new account as this will not show any previous purchase history, instead contact (e-mail address) and we will send you your customer reference information.

If you have previously made a purchase on behalf of a child who is travelling with you and who does not have their own account, please register an account for them and purchase the junior membership, after this email (e-mail address) with the customer reference number and your own account details, we will then assign the appropriate rights to the junior account.

Once you join the membership program, you will immediately receive priority ticket rights and entry into prize draws. If you order before the season, your membership package should arrive by the end of September. After this point, memberships will be sent out monthly.
