A new report finds that saving money can improve your sleep.

A study by scientists at the University of Bristol found that people who put aside a certain amount of money each month, no matter how small, are better able to relax and feel more optimistic about the future.

People who earn less and save regularly are almost as satisfied as wealthy people who don’t save, scientists say.

Research shows that a quarter of adults in the UK have less than £100 (around €120) in savings.

The sudden rise in food and utility prices has made it difficult to save money in recent years, even as bank interest rates have risen.

It is estimated that six in ten people have a saving habit. According to charities, putting money aside, even small amounts, improves financial resilience.

According to the report, saving makes people worry less about money, less likely to get into debt and more easily cope with unexpected events.

However, matters are relatively complex and other factors also play a role, such as the amount of savings and the living conditions that change this.

The researchers took into account several studies, including one in which a thousand people were followed for ten years.

They argued that life satisfaction increases when one saves and decreases when one does not save.

However, there are other events in life that have a greater impact.

For example, moving and getting married lead to stronger mental well-being.

Losing your job or having children, in terms of costs, worsens your mental well-being.
