Regularly $1,499, that’s $149 off and just $1 off the all-time low price on Prime Day. This deal also applies to the 8GB variant, which is also just $1 off Amazon’s all-time low. $849.98 ready to ship – that’s $149 off and only $50 more than the retail price we’re tracking for the previous-generation M2 model. The 16GB variant is easily one of the best options in the range for most people, you could even argue that this is the best current-generation Apple laptop available for people who don’t need pro-grade gear – but the 8GB is just as good at a price like that, unless you’re hungry for extra RAM.
The 149$ Price reductions also apply to the 15-inch models today. The entry-level configuration with 8 GB RAM and a 256 GB internal SSD now costs $1,049.98 ready to shipinstead of the regular $1,299. This offer is in addition to the upscale 16 GB model at $1,449.98 ready to ship to achieve the same savings of $149.
While the 13-inch deals highlighted above are just about a dollar off the historic Prime Day low, these 15-inch options are currently seeing the lowest prices we’ve tracked on Amazon, and that includes Prime Day deals.
Much of Apple’s lineup is getting updates starting next month. That includes the entry-level AirPods, the MacBook Pro, and possibly even the iPad mini (finally!). But the M3 MacBook Air is still a relatively new device that will likely last another year or more before Cupertino issues an upgrade.
