McDonald’s expands offer for $5 savings menus
McDonald’s is extending its $5 savings menu beyond its four-week period. The fast-food chain has announced the price change for more than 90 percent of its restaurants.

Fast food restaurants have been buzzing with special offers lately, and now one iconic chain is launching a new collection of products—and a new selection of dishes—that are sure to delight kids and adults alike.
In addition, these special collector’s items are part of a long tradition.
McDonald’s is introducing the Collector’s Meal, “featuring six collectible cups that inspire a new generation of fans,” the restaurant said in a press release. “The meal puts a fresh spin on classic collectibles like the Coca-Cola Contour Glass, Jurassic Park Tumblers, Grimace Glass and more.”

When will McDonald’s collector cups be available?
The McDonald’s collector’s glasses will be available from August 13th. You can get them in participating restaurants, online, in stores and at the drive-thru.
What is included in the McDonald’s Collector’s Meal?
Each Collector’s Meal includes a cup and optionally:
- A Sausage McMuffin with egg, hash brown and hot coffee for breakfast.
- For the rest of the day, you can choose between a 10-piece Chicken McNuggets or Big Mac sandwich with French fries and a drink.
What McDonald’s cup designs will be available?
The designs are intended to have a nostalgic effect. The cup designs include:
- MC Donalds
- Coke
- Hello Kitty and Peanuts
- Beanie Babies
- Barbie and Hot Wheels
