Ohio State Football: Why quarterback Julian Sayin left Alabama and came to Ohio State
Former Michigan football coach Jim Harbaugh was sentenced Wednesday to one year in prison and a four-year suspension in connection with Michigan’s recruiting violations during the COVID-19 pause.
The current Los Angeles Chargers coach, who left the program in January after leading the Wolverines to their first national title since the 1997 season, was accused of “unethical behavior” and failing to promote “an atmosphere of conformity.”
Harbaugh’s show cause is effective immediately from August 7, 2024, through August 6, 2028. If Harbaugh were to leave the NFL and return to the college ranks, he would be suspended for the entire first season with that program.
