The WWE landscape witnessed the rise of a new bloodline after WrestleMania 40, as Solo Sikoa took the reins to replace Roman Reigns and his family members, recruiting new members of the Anoa’i Clan, Tama Tonga, Tonga Loa and Jacob Fatu.
Subsequently, after the events of WWE SummerSlam 2024, fans saw the formation of a new Judgment Day, consisting of Finn Balor, JD McDonagh, Carlito, Dominik Mysterio, and Liv Morgan. This came after the group betrayed the two original members of the faction, Damian Priest and Rhea Ripley, at SummerSlam.
However, Rhea Ripley tried out both new versions of the factions at the same time. She posted a photo on her Instagram stories of herself and Roman Reigns, who also returned at SummerSlam, holding a box of action figures of new members of their respective groups, with the caption that they were just cheap imitations of their legendary stables.
“Originals are better.”
It was announced that Roman Reigns will return on the upcoming Friday Night SmackDown, possibly to confront Solo Sikoa and his Bloodline. Meanwhile, Damian Priest and Rhea Ripley have joined forces to battle their former allies.
With the original members of Judgment Day and The Bloodline ready to face their enemies, it will be interesting to see how both storylines develop on RAW and SmackDown.
