The rhythm of summer continues in Tamarac with free dance lessons hosted by Mayor Michelle Gomez and Commissioner Elvin Villalobos.
After the Bachata and Merengue classes in June and July, the last Salsa class of the season is planned for Friday, August 16from 5 to 6.30 p.m.
Participants can come alone or with a partner to learn the popular Latin American dance.
Following the summer classes, residents are invited to celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month with a free dance party at the Tamarac Community Center on Saturday, September 14, from 3-5 p.m.
