Drizzy has also released three songs based on collaborations with Latto, 21 Savage and Young Thug.
Thanks to leakers, a lot of Drake’s music has made its way online over the years, and now he’s decided to turn the tables and intentionally leak 100 gigabytes of content from various eras of his career on Tuesday (August 6).
Drizzy emptied the vault with stacks of folders, including three new songs featuring 21 Savage, Young Thug and Latto, as well as photos, videos and lost album covers that matched clips from the studio sessions.
It all started when fans noticed Drake following an IG account titled “Plotttwistttttt,” which led to speculation about upcoming new music.
After the account was taken out of private mode on Tuesday, the floodgates opened and led fans to the website 100GIGSFORYOURHEADTOP. The OVO boss also posted the IG account’s music clips on his Instagram story.
Drake has been cautious with his music since his feud with Kendrick Lamar. In the months that followed, he collaborated with Sexyy Red, Camila Cabello and Gordo, but has not released any songs in an official capacity and has now pursued a deliberate leak strategy.
Numerous clips have gone viral in the hours since the leak surfaced, including his recording of the reference track to what became Kanye West’s “Yikes” from his 2018 album. Her album. He also described how a partner inspired him to create “Hotline Bling” in 2015.
If you’re looking for an answer to Kendrick Lamar, you won’t find it here. After sifting through the 100 gigabytes of OVO content, here are the eight best moments from the compilation material.

Rihanna and Drake’s relationship is strained these days, with her baby daddy A$AP Rocky and Drizzy even exchanging insults on diss tracks. How a Drake girl got together with the inspired “Hotline Bling”
A one-night stand inspired Drake to write one of his diamond anthems. Drizzy explained that a girl’s phone always rang when they were together, which led to him saving her in his phone as “Hotline Bling.”
“We would be in bed together… and her phone would ring. So I saved her name in my phone as ‘Hotline Bling.’ That’s always been her name on my phone,” he said. “And when I looked at it today, I thought, ‘Hotline Bling’ is a dope name. That should be a stage name.”
He eventually put the energy into making a record with her contact name as the title and the rest is history. Recording of the reference track to “Yikes” by Ye
Drake’s 2018 Wyoming trip proved to be a turning point in the breakdown of his relationship with Kanye. Hov’s engineer Young Guru put the situation into context, explaining that they were in a difficult time-wise position as Jay was in Europe performing with Beyoncé as part of the OTR2 tour and had to record his verse immediately after a show.
