We already know the European prices of the Pixel 9 series, but how much the 9 Pro and 9 Pro XL cost in the US may now have leaked.
First of all, the source of this information is odd. Google Search’s product card indexed several T-Mobile listings for the Pixel 9 Pro and 9 Pro XL today. We found one such listing, but it has since been removed:
https://www.t-mobile.com/cell-phone/google-pixel-9-pro-xl?sku=840353914155
We see two listings for the “Google Pixel 9 Pro” for $999.99, while the “Google Pixel 9 Pro XL” with 256GB costs $1,199.99. A Pixel 9 Pro XL with 512GB is also listed for $1,199.99.
In Europe we know that there will be a storage upgrade promotion for pre-orderers in addition to 12 months of Gemini Advanced. This seems to be happening in the US too, Roland Quandt on X confirmed this for AT&T.
So the 128GB Pixel 9 Pro should cost $999, but during the pre-order period you can get the 256GB model for the same price.
The Pixel 9 Pro XL would normally cost you $1,199 for 256GB, but if you order early you’ll get 512GB.
Last year, the price difference between 128 and 256GB storage was $60, while between 256 and 512GB it was $120. Google is looking to increase the price of the Pixel 9 series to $100, which could mean $1,099 for the 128GB Pixel 9 Pro XL, a $100 price increase over the comparable 128GB Pixel 8 Pro today.
