(MENAFN-UkrinForm) USAID has provided a number of vehicles to gas distribution network operators in the Kherson region for emergency repairs.
This is a message from the Kherson regional military administration, reports Ukrinform.
“Constant enemy shelling is causing serious damage to our gas infrastructure and disrupting the supply of blue fuel. USAID has provided vehicles to gas distribution network operators for emergency repairs as part of its energy security project,” the statement said.

USAID has also delivered over 11 km of pipes, three gas supply control systems and other specialized equipment to the Kerson region.
This is intended to help restore the gas networks damaged by the destruction of the Kakhovka hydroelectric power station dam by the Russians.
As Ukrinform previously reported, USAID has purchased 18 automatic transformers to support the Ukrainian power grid.
