According to a press release Tuesday, Valley View is inviting the community to its virtual town hall on August 14 to discuss the community health needs analysis and ongoing strategy for the coming year.
Valley View Hospital conducted its community health survey in early July, inviting the community to provide feedback to plan its programs, services and facilities. The results were used to create the hospital’s Community Health Needs Assessment, a triennial needs assessment that analyzes community health needs, local health service utilization and overall health.
The free town hall meeting will take place on Wednesday, August 14, from 1-2 p.m. via Zoom, offering real-time Spanish translation. Participants are invited to ask questions and share views on community health.
Valley View is an independent, not-for-profit health system based in Glenwood Springs. In addition to its 78-bed hospital in Glenwood Springs, Valley View includes an integrated system of specialty centers and physician practices at locations in Garfield, Pitkin, Eagle and Mesa counties.
