13 things Hunza G’s co-founder Georgiana Huddart would buy again

Need shopping inspiration? In Lucky 13, fashion trendsetters reveal the 13 items they like so much they click “Add to Cart” twice.

“I’m a more analogue person, so I find inspiration in a lot of old references,” says Georgiana Huddart. “Creating mood boards is my way of really getting into the mood when we’re thinking about new collections or categories.”

As co-founder and creative director of Hunza G – the brand behind the iconic cutout dress that Julia Roberts wore in Pretty woman and one-size-fits-all seersucker swimwear that truly lives up to its name—Huddart is credited with staying true to the brand’s DNA while blending on-trend designs with modern appeal. You can still feel the electricity in Hunza G’s best-selling bikinis and one-pieces thanks to their crinkled fabric and bold color combinations, but slightly more understated offerings like crisp poplin shirts and minimalist bucket hats are perfected and ready to balance it all out.

When it comes to Huddart’s personal style, practicality is paramount. “I wear Helmut Lang jeans, Alaïa pumps and Flore Flore tank tops. I hate not being functional – I’m also incredibly tall, so I don’t like wearing anything that draws a lot of attention to myself during the day, which is probably a minor flaw because I’m 6’3″ and 13 years old!”

There is one thing Huddart won’t wear in any weather: flip-flops. “I’m not a sandal person, I always wear shoes and in the summer I wear a lot of black… that doesn’t sound very summery!”

Below, Huddart shares the items she not only wears, but would buy again in a heartbeat.

“For me, 6’3″, the heel height is perfect and they are totally on trend: black, classic 90s-style strappy sandals. I wore them for 10 hours and they were super comfortable, which is a sign that you can have a lot of fun with these shoes.”

“I grew up in the ’90s and this was the bag that Paris and Nicole always had, so I’m a teenage obsession, but the large version is really chic and great for traveling. It’s big enough to use as a laptop bag, which is great because you can fit everything in it and still feel cool.”
