Just Paint Houston is hosting this evening at the new Katy Beer Garden. The event will feature a guided, intimate painting experience with food and drinks for sale on-site.
Muay Thai Seminar
Come to FS Mixed Martial Arts and Fitness Studio to learn from experienced martial artist Kru Claudiu, who has over 15 years of training experience. Claudiu leads participants through a session that ends with live technique sparring and drills.
31st Annual Katy Triathlon
Participants can swim, run and bike through Cane Island in the 31st annual triathlon hosted by the Katy Rotary Club. Participants will receive a t-shirt, bag, towel and an after-race party with music and snacks. Net proceeds will go toward need- and character-based scholarships for Katy ISD seniors.
High Heat Summer Music Fest
Home Run Dugout will partner with 8th Wonder Brewery to host this music festival, which will feature artists such as Blossom Aloe and Rozy. At this event, visitors can design a jersey, take a photo in the baseball card photo booth, participate in a silent auction, and listen to live music.
9/11 Memorial Golf Scramble
This third annual Willow Fork Country Club golf tournament and fundraiser supports Project Zero, a nonprofit organization that supports veterans and first responders through mental, physical and social wellness programs. Businesses, community members and organizations are invited to sponsor or participate.
Sing-A-Long on the Square
Dance and sing along to the musical “The Greatest Showman” right in the middle of Katy’s historic town square. Fresh popcorn and cotton candy will be provided and food trucks will be on site along Avenue C.
Country Splash Fest
Typhoon Texas features 16 country music acts, including Them Dirty Roses and Eric Middleton, on a main stage and an acoustic stage. The 18-and-over event also features a beer garden, mechanical bull, NFL sports bar and water park amenities.
Walk to end Alzheimer’s disease
This event at LaCenterra Cinco Ranch raises funds for Alzheimer’s Association care, research and support. Registration is free, but organizers ask participants to make a personal donation to the cause. Each runner who raises at least $100 will receive an official t-shirt.
