Ocean Cosmetics

While it’s not quite as widely available as some of the chains in this article, Pink Beauty is a beauty junkie’s dream as they even stock hard-to-find brands. They have an online store that you can browse here.

Venus Beauty
Venus is mainly located in the heart of the country and has 21 outlets with high quality products at very affordable prices. These include exclusive brands such as Monsoon, Avida, Mizon and Semplice.

Every aunt’s favourite shop not only sells clothes and homewares, but also has a very respectable selection of toiletries. Although the range is not quite as good as specialists like Swanston, this is a compromise given the location of the 19 branches.

East Siders can visit the two Tampines branches of Red Tomatoes. This beauty and toiletries retailer is quite extensive and best of all, it has an online store. Along with an extensive range of body and skincare brands, they also sell baby care products such as diapers and diaper rash cream.

British Essential
Unlike most of these stores in the heart of the country, British Essential is more atas and most of its stores are located in shopping malls, similar to chains like Sasa. However, Hougang Central Outlet is a more traditional discount store in the heart of the country, focusing mainly on toiletries and makeup from typical drugstore brands like Dove, Olay and Silkygirl.
