Giving the homeless a human face: portraits, signs and songs
UT Dallas is hosting an art exhibit to raise awareness about homelessness. The exhibit features portraits of homeless people shot by Canadian artist Leah den Bok and a collection of handmade signs purchased from homeless people by SMU advertising professor Willie Baronet.

The 14th Annual Richardson Real Heroes Awards will be held at the Eisemann Center for the Performing Arts. The 2024 honorees are Debbie Conard and Sandy Lauder, who will be honored for their volunteer service to the Richardson community.
