A WOMAN with acne on her body told us a remedy that made the stubborn spots disappear in two days.
She wished she had tried the hair care product sooner because the cheap purchase worked so quickly.

Reddit user IjustlikereadingAITA shared her concerns about body acne in a post on the platform.
“I’ve suffered from acne on my torso for years, but lately it’s gotten particularly bad,” she said.
Also known as back acne, it is caused by sweat, oils, pressure, friction and congestion in the affected area.
“I had a lot of sores all over my chest, which was incredibly unsettling, and my back and shoulders were even worse,” she added.
She revealed her secret to success, which she did not know before but decided to try.
“I remember reading here once that Head & Shoulders shampoo helps with core acne, and I kind of ignored that,” she said.
At that point, she was willing to try anything and said the “worst case scenario” would be that she would have “wasted” money.

The affordable beauty product contains tea tree oil and is free of parabens.
After she swapped the shower gel for Head & Shoulders shampoo, she was thrilled.
She said she rubs the hair product all over her body with a loofah and then follows it up with her “normal moisturizer.”
“Within TWO DAYS all the spots on my chest disappeared,” she raved.
The Reddit user admitted that while she still has a few spots on her back, the number of spots has decreased significantly.

“I have no idea how or why it works, but I’m going to keep doing it!” she added.
Although it worked well on her skin, she admitted that “everyone has different skin” and so it may not work for everyone.
“I would really recommend anyone here who is struggling with ‘bucket’ to at least try it,” she said.
