The Cowboys will have a similar look in 2024 as they did last season, when they won the NFC East with a record of 12-5. Dallas brought back former starting running back Ezekiel Elliott to jumpstart the running game and complement quarterback Dak Prescott and a pressure defense that thrives on turnovers, pressure and sacks.

The Rams still rely on experienced Matthew Stafford on offense, but have a one-two punch with Kyren Williams and Blake Corum at running back and Puka Nacua and Cooper Kupp at wide receiver. Coming off a 10-7 season, the Rams may be better positioned to continue as a contender, though they have a big hole to fill with the retirement of all-world defensive tackle Aaron Donald.
