The price of GTA 6 worries some fans

The most eagerly awaited game of the decade won’t be cheap

Some Grand Theft Auto fans think GTA VI will not make a profit, and others think the idea is absurd.

We have been waiting GTA VI so long that I don’t think any of us expect anything less than perfection, especially after two consecutive hits with GTA-V And Red Dead Redemption 2.

Recently it was reported that Rockstar Games had spent over 2 billion dollars on the development of GTA VIand while that’s a lot of money to invest in a video game, it will undoubtedly recoup that amount through initial sales.

However, some fans do not believe this will be the case and there have been several heated discussions about it online.

A Reddit thread drew attention to a tweet that said: “There is no way this thing ((GTA VI) may be able to get his money back.”

The thread responded with the question: “Have these people forgotten how much money GTA-V on the first day when people didn’t even know if they would like it or not?”

Given the facts, it seems unlikely GTA VI will recoup its costs on the first day of release, despite all the hype surrounding the game, but this will easily happen by the end of the first week.

Otherwise, you can be sure that there will be a huge online multiplayer element with many updates over time, probably funded by microtransactions like GTA 5 Online Was.

Considering all this, there is no doubt that Rockstar Games will make a profit on the game, even if the cost of the hardware to run it is more expensive than in the early GTA-V days.

GTA VIs The release date is not yet in sight at the time of writing this article, but barring any unexpected delays, the game is expected to release sometime towards the end of 2025.
