“Hi everyone! I’ve been locked up in the lab for a while, between some summer trips. So many exciting things planned for you,” wrote Shinoda.

They added: “A source tells Billboard The band hopes to find a female singer to front the reunited band, which is in line with rumors that have been circulating in recent weeks.”

The other interesting aspect of this report is that Turntablist was not mentioned. Joe Hahn and drummer Rob Bourdonboth with LinkinPark in their pre-Bennington Days when they bore the name XeroBut again – this is all just a big rumor at the moment, so who knows if LinkinPark will ultimately return and who will be part of their lineup.
