2. Half-day retreat to discover and renew in the Pause Studio
Fiona Teo and Noel Tuan present this transformative half-day Saturday retreat designed to refresh your spirit and ignite your inner light.
It begins with a lecture on the Akashic Records, where you can gain insight into your soul’s journey and participate in a guided experience to access these records. This is followed by a Kundalini Yoga session to awaken your inner energy and align your mind, body and spirit through breathing exercises and meditation.
Fiona will perform a sacred cacao ceremony, an ancient ritual that promotes connection and self-love.
She then leads an ecstatic dance of the five elements, guiding participants through the energies of earth, water, fire, air and spirit to explore their inner world and embody their true being on a journey of self-discovery through movement.
The retreat starts at 12.30pm and ends after 6pm. The cost is HK$1,150.

3. Otrotango Dance Studio
Considered a “three-minute love affair in which one dances with all one’s heart,” Argentine tango is one of the most romantic and intimate dance styles.
Led by master tango dancers Raymond Chu and Lily Cheng, Otrotango will teach you Argentine tango in no time, with customized classes for everyone from beginner to advanced.
You do not have to bring a partner (but you can), as partners change every class and the ratio of men to women is as balanced as possible.
Trial classes take place on most Sundays – the next one with free places is on August 25th at 2.15pm – but you can also start straight away with the beginners’ classes, which take place several days a week, including Saturdays.
The fee for a trial lesson is HK$210 per person or HK$180 for early bird bookings seven days in advance. Advance booking is required. Packages are available for regular group classes.
Room 1901, Sunbeam Commercial Building, 469-471 Nathan Rd, Yau Ma Tei. WhatsApp 9257 2195 or email (email protected) to register.
