Renault Cars, known for its value for money, has updated its entire current range of cars. These include the Renault Kwid, Renault Kiger and Renault Triber. All of these cars have been updated with a number of new features, including some standard safety features. Interestingly, Renault has introduced an automatic transmission with the lower RXL (O) variant of the Kwid, making it the most affordable automatic transmission car. 2024 Renault Cars – 2024 Renault Kwid
The smallest car in the Renault range, the Kwid hatchback will be launched with new features. However, the biggest highlight of the Kwid is the new RXL (O) AMT variant. Renault has recognised the demand for AMTs and to meet it, Renault has introduced the AMT on its smaller variant of the Kwid, making it the most affordable AMT car in India. The RXL (O) AMT variant is priced at Rs 6.06 lakh (on-road, Mumbai), making it cheaper than the current affordable AMT car, the Maruti Alto, which is priced at Rs 6.60 lakh (on-road, Mumbai) for reference.
Other than that, the Kwid also comes with a few more upgrades to attract buyers. As for the looks, the Climber variants of the Kwid will only be available in dual-tone finishes. Also, the new Kwid will come with an 8-inch touchscreen system with navigation starting from the RXL(O) variant, making it the cheapest variant with this feature. Apart from that, the 2024 Kwid will come with a few standard features such as electronic stability program, traction control system, hill start assist, tire pressure monitoring system, and rear seat belt reminder. The 2024 Renault Kwid is priced between Rs 5.22 lakh and Rs 6.82 lakh (on-road, Mumbai). While the RXL(O) – the cheapest car with touchscreen sat nav – costs Rs 5.56 lakh (on-road, Mumbai).
2024 Renault Cars – 2024 Renault Triber
The Renault Triber has also received updates. Known for offering a spacious cabin and functionality at an affordable price, the Triber now gets some additional features as well. The 2024 Renault Triber will now get a 7-inch digital instrument cluster from Kiger, wireless charging for smartphones, electrically folding ORVMs and an armrest for the driver. Also, Renault has launched the AMT option with the lower RXT variant, making it India’s cheapest 7-seater automatic car. The 2024 Renault Triber is priced between Rs 6.67 lakh and Rs 9.74 lakh (on-road, Mumbai). The RXT AMT is priced at Rs 9.05 lakh (on-road, Mumbai).
2024 Renault Cars – 2024 Renault Kiger
Lastly, we have Renault’s compact SUV, the Kiger. The USP of the Kiger is the value for money that the SUV has to offer. Now, Renault is further improving the product and offering the 2024 Kiger with synthetic leather upholstery, new steering wheel, cruise control on the lower variants (non-turbo), red brake calipers on the turbo variants and auto-folding ORVMs. Apart from the additional features, Renault has also launched two new variants of the Kiger – RXL Energy and RXT (O) Turbo. The Energy variant will be available with an optional AMT and manual transmission, while the turbo variant will be available with an optional CVT and manual transmission. As for the 2024 Renault Kiger prices, the SUV is priced between Rs 6.67 lakh and Rs 12.25 lakh (on-road, Mumbai).
