Forecasts for 2024: Hornsby has a lot of talent as a receiver, so he will likely spend this season on the scout team getting used to the college game.
How did he get here?: Jaylan decommitted from Texas A&M and joined the Orange after the hiring of Fran Brown. Hornsby, another highly touted prospect from New Jersey, received additional offers from Georgia, Penn State and Notre Dame.
