The National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) is asking the public for help in finding missing 17-year-old David Rowland.
David was 16 when he disappeared in Dayton, Ohio on August 1, 2023. Authorities believe he is still in the area. David is described as 5’5″ tall, weighed 100 pounds when last seen, and has blue eyes and brown hair.
When David was last seen, he was wearing braces. He might also be called Matthew.
