In the action film she plays alongside Mark Wahlberg.
The film is about Mike (Wahlberg) and how his world is turned upside down after he is recruited into the world of spies and secret agents by his high school sweetheart Roxanne (Berry).
On Saturday, Halle, 57, shared some behind-the-scenes snaps showing how her hair was styled in the film.
In the new photos she shared on Instagram, the Catwoman star showed how she got her Roxanne haircut, which featured a half-shaved look.
She kept some of her dark brown and blonde hair long, but had the rest shaved off.
Her longer locks were styled to one side and cut just above her ear.
“Want to know how I got my Roxanne haircut for #TheUnion?” she captioned her post, while praising her hairdresser.
“YOU CANNOT DO ANYTHING WRONG”
While many fans commented on how great the movie was, others expressed their thoughts on her short hair.
“The new hairstyle is awesome!” wrote one.
A second added: “You can do no wrong.”
“You look great no matter what hairstyle you wear,” added a third.
“This face with those cheekbones and perfect structure rocks this cut,” someone else mentioned.
“Nobody wears short hair like Halle,” shouted another follower.
