Rashid Shaheed is battling a toe/foot injury
Saints WR Rashid Shaheed has a foot or toe injury, according to HC Dennis Allen. He was not seen at practice today.
Fantasy influence
Allen wasn’t sure if the injury was related to Shaheed’s toe or foot, but it’s definitely something to keep an eye on. The third-year receiver was selected to the Pro Bowl last season as a return specialist and was a valuable part of New Orleans’ offense.

Jacoby Brissett continues to compete with Drake Maye for the starting spot
Patriots coach Jerod Mayo reiterated on Friday that the competition for the quarterback position between Jacoby Brissett and Drake Mayo continues.
Fantasy influence
Brissett and Maye both struggled in the Patriots’ preseason game against the Eagles on Thursday. “We still have three days of training camp left and it’s our job as coaches to judge that,” Mayo told reporters on Friday. “The competition is not over. They’re still going to go out there and have to show something not only to themselves and their coaches, but to their teammates. So it’s definitely still a competition.” That situation will continue to be monitored over the next few weeks.

Joe Burrow (wrist) says he will be healthy in Week 1
Joe Burrow said “he’ll be ready” come Week 1.
Fantasy influence
Burrow completed 5 of 7 passes for 51 yards and a touchdown in the Bengals’ season opener. He is not expected to play this weekend, but he is on track to be fully healthy by the start of the season.
