Navarro added her own entries to the list and wrote in the caption:

Her followers quickly joined in and added their suggestions.

The list appears to have been pulled from various social media sources and is being shared widely. The Daily Beast reported that Kamala Harris’ camp did not respond to a request for comment on the logo supporting her presidential bid.
