Where can you find and farm Loot-O-Grams in Borderlands 3?
Unlike other items that are part of the world loot pool, Loot-O-Grams are only available from a single mini-boss named Dinklebot. In BL3. It cannot be dropped from other enemies or special loot sources such as chests, slot machines, vending machines, Maurice’s Black Market, challenges, etc.
Dinklebot is located in the northeast corner of Skywell-27 on Promethea.. The zone only has one fast travel point in the south. From there you must head north as shown in the map above.
