First came the baroque bob, an old-school Hollywood-inspired hairstyle that went viral after the Oscars and caused a social media uproar. Since then, with the Dune: Part Two press tour, we’ve seen a slew of new hairstyles monopolizing our feeds, from XL braids to a textured curly bob to waist-length hair. And now, as the Challengers tour begins, Zendaya is experimenting again.
During her press tour in London, all eyes were on Zendaya’s new hair transformation: a full fringe and soft bangs pulled up into a chic ponytail. When she arrived at Claridges Hotel in a tennis-inspired outfit, her hair was blonder than ever, with lighter vanilla highlights as well.
Then, with what was arguably her most ethereal hairstyle yet, Zendaya stepped out on the red carpet at the London premiere of Challengers, sporting a waist-length braid. Her signature bob was pulled back into a sleek XL braid and tied with an oversized hair bow. Her makeup was also a departure from her typical bouncy blow-dry and a new look for the actress, all thanks to a bold crimson lip.
Wearing a white Calvin Klein skirt, Zendaya also switched up her honey blonde hair lengths for the Rome premiere. Debuting on the red carpet in a slightly darker tone, her low, sleek bun was given extra volume at the roots to create a fresh take on the modern beehive look; a softer and more elegant version of the classic tapered hairstyle.

Meanwhile, Zendaya debuted not one but three major hair transformations at the Paris premiere of Challengers last week. She wore her honey blonde hair front and back, extra-long, bouncy curls and a side part, and paired it with a glamorous Louis Vuitton gown.
That same weekend, the Dune actress showed off two more eye-catching hair trends during a series of photocalls. At the Hotel Crillon, Zendaya stuck to her signature bob cut with a bouncy blow-dry, before rocking a nostalgic updo with a lime-green babydoll dress at Maison de l’Amerique Latine. The actress’s hairstyle featured a side part with a white hair bow; an accessory that’s been making a comeback of late. Although the hair bow has long been a staple in the beauty world, it’s popping up more and more this season, from the couture runways to models like Kaia Gerber and Nicola Coughlan.
A few weeks ago, Zendaya used the first Challengers premiere in Sydney as the perfect opportunity to show off her new honey blonde shade. Arriving at the premiere of her new film, the actress ditched her typical dark brown and opted for a lighter shade of blonde. Along with her signature bob haircut and deep side part, her hair was styled with soft, bouncy curls, while the lighter honey shade fluctuated between a soft brown and a light blonde and appeared to be created using a balayage technique.
Complementing a dazzling custom Loewe gown, Zendaya added subtle makeup references to her fictional character, tennis player Tashi Dunca, thanks to shimmery green smokey eyes. Her skin was radiant and glowing, with just a hint of shimmer on the lips.
