Clark and the Fever started the second half of the WNBA season with a 98-89 win over the Phoenix Mercury on Friday. Clark posted a double-double with 29 points and 10 assists, making 8 of 16 shots. Backcourt mate Kelsey Mitchell scored 28 points as the Fever defeated the Mercury for the third straight time and improved their record to 12-15 and 11-7 in the last 18 games.

The Storm are playing the second of three away games to start the second half of the season and are 0-1 after an 83-81 loss to the Atlanta Dream on Friday night. Olympic gold medalist Lloyd had a poor shooting night in this game, hitting 7 of 19 shots for 21 points, while Skylar Diggins-Smith led the way for the Storm with 29 points.
