As a final surprise, Mr. Ishihara also revealed the dates and locations for not only the 2025 Pokémon World Championships, but also the 2026 event.

In addition to unveiling a new trailer for the upcoming Pokémon Trading Card Game Pocket (along with a teaser for the immersive Mewtwo card), the game’s release date was also announced. We’ve finally learned the dates and locations for the next two years of the Pokémon World Championships. Next year, the competition will move to Anaheim, California, from August 15-17, 2025. The following year, the event will be held in San Francisco, California, from August 28-30, 2026.
