Boney Kapoor attributed his weight loss and hair growth to Sridevi.
Boney Kapoor opened up about his impressive weight loss and revealed that his “hair is getting thicker” as he continues to transform, citing his late wife Sridevi as his inspiration in his quest to improve and become the best version of himself.
Film producer Boney Kapoor and his daughters Janhvi and Khushi Kapoor paid their last respects to the late Sridevi on her 61st birthday on August 13. A few days later, Boney remembered his late wife again on Instagram, sharing a recent photo of himself in front of a painting of Sridevi.
In the post, Boney reflects on his physical transformation and cites Sridevi as his inspiration. He shared, “My hair is getting thicker, I look better, have lost 14 kilos, 8 more to go… my inspiration is my Jaan (Sridevi), her art is behind me, her thoughts are always with me, she stays with me all the time.” In the picture, Boney is seen wearing a blue t-shirt and matching sunglasses.
Earlier this year, Boney spoke about his hair transformation and thanked a clinic in Hyderabad for helping him with his new look. He wrote, “Hyderabad 17th at EUGENIX hair transplant clinic who worked to give me and many others around the world a new hair look. The baldness of many will soon disappear in Hyderabad. All the best to make Hyderabad hairier and more glamorous…”
Boney also recently posted a portrait of Sridevi on her birthday, including a photo of the late actress from her 2012 film English Vinglish. Along with the picture, he wrote a heartfelt message: “Happy birthday my Jaan.”
