The 9th generation iPad is one of the best value tablets around, even for its $329 price tag. Now it’s even cheaper, as it’s available at several major retailers for $199. Getting a 10.2-inch tablet from Apple at this price isn’t an everyday occurrence, so you’ll want to snap it up if you’re in the market for a new tablet.
It’s also worth mentioning that we don’t know how long the iPad will stay at $199, so if you’re willing to wait, you might miss out. This is the lowest price this tablet has sold for so far, so now is the time to buy.
The 9th generation iPad isn’t the most powerful tablet on the market. However, it’s still more than capable of meeting the needs of most tablet users. I use mine almost daily to watch videos and play games, and it hasn’t let me down so far. I paid around $250 for mine, which seemed like a great deal – at $199, it’s an even better value.
Although it’s no longer on our list of the best tablets, it had a place there for a long time, and rightly so. Thanks to the large, high-resolution screen and the respectable A13 chip, it’s perfectly capable of handling your daily tasks.
It’s worth noting, however, that people who want to do intensive video and photo editing might be better off with a more powerful tablet like the latest iPad Pro or iPad Air. However, everyone else will be fine with this budget model.
