The 45-year-old actress opted for a casual look as she strolled through New York City without makeup and with damp locks.
The “Alone Together” star wore a semi-sheer black button-down blouse with subtle vertical piping and silver buttons.
She combined the top with wide black pants and wine-red ballerina flats.

Katie is a freshman at Carnegie Mellon University with her ex-husband, 62-year-old Tom Cruise.
Holmes took part in rehearsals for the Broadway revival of Thornton Wilder’s classic play “Our Town.”
She will play Mrs. Webb, the mother of Zoey Deutsch’s protagonist Emily Webb.
Richard Thomas, 73, known from “The Waltons”, will play her husband Mr. Webb and Jim Parson will take on the role of stage manager.
Ephraim Sykes takes on the role of George Gibbs and Billy Eugene Jones plays his father Dr. Gibbs in the contemporary revival of the play that premiered in 1938.
The show was scheduled to begin previews on September 17 at the Barrymore Theater, with the show opening on October 10.
The Alone Together star, whose children are now out of the house, wore a semi-sheer black blouse with subtle vertical piping and silver buttons. She paired it with black wide-leg pants and burgundy ballet flats.

According to the theater’s website, performances are expected to run until January 19.
In an interview with Town & Country, Holmes revealed that she is pursuing creative pursuits in this new phase of her life, including dance lessons, painting and a book club.
“I read a lot to calm my mind and then I play,” she told the outlet.
“We all live at this fast pace and I know that sometimes I need to calm down.”
