1. The unsinkable Edie Hu
As a sports ambassador in Hong Kong and founding coach of the Splash Foundation, which provides foreign domestic workers, children and others with the opportunity to learn to swim for free, Hu has inspired many people to take up sports for their physical and mental health.

2. Stretch and Breathe Mat Pilates for Beginners
An experienced trainer will guide you through each movement to help you build core strength and improve flexibility.
The session is part of the Hong Kong YMCA’s Domestic Helper courses and programs, but is open to everyone. It will be held on Sundays from 4:45pm to 5:45pm.

The professional footballer turned podiatrist, who has cared for the feet of Gwyneth Paltrow, Jessica Alba and Novak Djokovic, uses a French dry method to precisely and effectively remove calluses, corns and dry skin, and treats problems such as ingrown toenails and discolored nails.
The session ends with a natural, healthy nail shine and a foot massage.

4. Yoga Room x The Pulse x Sweaty Betty – Stille Inside Flow Disco
On Saturday night, head to the Seaview Garden on the roof of The Pulse in Repulse Bay for a Silent Inside Flow Disco led by Yoga Room instructor Yvonne.
Yogis of all levels are welcome. Bring your own yoga mat and reusable water bottle.

5. Baby Rave by Little HK x Baumhaus
On Saturday, parents are invited to bring babies and toddlers aged five months to four years to Hong Kong’s first baby rave at The Fringe Club.
These lively gatherings are trending around the world and offer parents the opportunity to enjoy music and dance with their children in a safe and fun environment.
One room of the club is used as a child-safe disco with dance music, while an adjoining room offers a place to chill with other parents and children, play with toys, listen to music and engage in physical activities.
