In the video clip, contestant Gerald had to play “Line ‘Em Up” to win a brand new car.

However, the audience was annoyed because he did not guess what they wanted to hear from him.

GUESSING GAMES

While playing the game, he was shouted at by spectators and urged to choose three rather than five when estimating the price of the car.

The initial estimate was $25,380, but that turned out to be the wrong price.

Gerald was then informed that he had only got two numbers right and that he therefore had to guess again.

While guessing again, he was allowed to change one number, and most viewers wanted him to change the first or second number.

Gerald decided to change the second number, so his final estimate was $23,380.

DISSATISFIED AUDIENCE

The crowd did not like his guess, many booed and seemed unimpressed by Gerald’s decision.

But everything changed when it was announced that the price of the car was $23,380. This meant that Gerald was right and had won the car.
