What time does Kamala Harris speak tonight – NBC Chicago

Vice President Kamala Harris will deliver the keynote address on the final day of the Democratic National Convention in Chicago, but when can viewers expect to hear her speech?

Harris, who became the Democratic Party’s nominee after President Joe Biden dropped out of the race in July, will make her case directly to the American people on Thursday, building on the momentum her campaign has generated in recent weeks.

Here’s what we know about your address.

When does Harris speak on Thursday?

According to the DNC, Harris will be the last speaker of the evening and her speech is expected to take place at 9 p.m.

Her speech is expected to last about 40 minutes, after which she will jump into the air in a balloon and be joined on stage by Minnesota Governor Tim Walz and their families.

NBC Chicago will also broadcast prime-time coverage of the DNC, featuring the evening’s keynote speakers, interviews with prominent politicians and undecided voters, and expert analysis each day of the convention looking ahead to the November presidential election.

Primetime DNC coverage will air live from the United Center beginning at 8 p.m.
