Review of the mobile app “Bilt Rewards”

The Bilt Rewards mobile app makes it easy to manage all aspects of your Bilt World Elite Mastercard® Credit Card and Bilt Rewards accounts. The app is intuitive and features icons at the bottom of the screen that make it easy to track account details like transactions and available balance, search for travel redemptions, transfer rewards to travel partners, chat with customer service, play games to earn additional Bilt Rewards, and of course, pay rent.

Here’s what you need to know about using the Bilt Rewards mobile app.

From making a payment to viewing transaction history and available credit, the Bilt Rewards mobile app offers numerous features that make managing your credit card easy.

You can log in to the Bilt Rewards mobile app manually or through biometric identification, including facial and fingerprint recognition.

You can manage your account security by clicking the three dots in the top right corner of the home screen and then clicking Account. From there, you can update account details like contact information and email address, change your password, update your security information, and chat with support.

The Bilt Rewards app has a built-in chat feature that allows you to contact Bilt support. Unfortunately, this is often not in real-time and will require leaving a message for support to contact you within 24-48 hours. However, your conversations are tracked in one place and are easily accessible even after you close the app.

You can Bilt World Elite Mastercard® Credit Card directly to your digital wallet by clicking the Wallet icon at the bottom of the Bilt Rewards app screen. Then tap the “Add” button in the middle of your screen to add your card. After a few more confirmations, your card will be ready to use in your chosen mobile wallet.

With the Bilt Rewards app you can manage all aspects of your Bilt World Elite Mastercard® Credit Card. You can view your card number, make payments, view recent transactions, access statements, and see an overview of your card benefits from the Wallet tab at the bottom of the home screen.

The outstanding feature of the Bilt World Elite Mastercard® Credit Card is the ability to pay rent and earn rewards. The mobile app makes this easy by clicking the “Pay Rent” button at the bottom of the app screen. Depending on your landlord, you can pay your rent online or by mailing a check.

When you pay online, you will be issued a “Rent Rewards Account” with a routing number and account number (similar to a checking account) linked to your Bilt Rewards account. Give this information to your landlord and transfer your rent. Then your linked account will be debited each month. Bilt World Elite Mastercard® Credit Card the rent payment will be debited. If your credit limit is not enough to cover your rent, you can activate Bilt Protect Debit, which allows you to link a checking account and still earn rewards without using your card’s credit limit.

If you pay your rent by check, simply enter your landlord’s mailing address and the monthly rent amount, then choose between first-class mail or express delivery (for a fee).

The Bilt Rewards app makes viewing and using your rewards a breeze. The Rewards tab at the bottom of the mobile app lets you access your benefits and view your rewards activity broken down by spending category, as well as details on your Bilt Rewards loyalty status progress.

If you want to redeem rewards for travel, go to the Travel tab at the bottom of the app. Here you can book hotels, flights and even a commuter helicopter through the Blade company. You can also transfer rewards to over 10 travel loyalty partners by linking your Bilt Rewards account to the partner account.

With or without Bilt World Elite Mastercard® Credit CardThe Bilt Rewards app provides access to your FICO Credit score. To do this, simply click on the three dots in the top right corner of the app, then click on Account, then click on “Your Credit Score.” Unfortunately, the app only provides a snapshot of your credit score for that day, without providing your credit score history.

The Bilt Rewards mobile app has a chat feature, but it can take up to 48 hours for a response to each message. Because of this potentially long response time, the chat feature is more like a direct message.

Bilt’s mobile app offers much of the same functionality as the desktop site. They are also laid out similarly, with the tabs at the top of the desktop site being the same as those at the bottom of the mobile app. Overall, both the mobile app and desktop site are easy to navigate.
