S-level

Starting with the S tier, these legendary cards are the most used in Clash Royale due to their great supportive nature. Remember, you don’t need all the S tier legendary cards to create a perfect deck. Rather, focus on the benefits a single S tier legendary card can provide. For example, Mega Knight and Electro spawn with AoE damage, making them versatile against mini troops.

  • Electro-Wizard
  • Mega Knight

A-Level

Most A-tier cards are win conditions and you should not hesitate to keep them in your deck. However, you should not use these cards as a complement to other cards, but rather build your deck around them. These cards will be enough on offense until you decide to go for a tanking card of a different rarity with supporting S-tier legendary cards.

  • Ram Rider
  • Cemetery
  • Sparkling

B-Level

Most B-tier cards are great support cards and should be included in your deck. These legendary cards complement the A-tier cards very well and are very effective in battle. The only exception is Lava Hound, a tank; however, this card is also a complement to cards like Balloon, as it can easily give your opponent a decisive advantage.

  • bandit
  • Fisherman
  • Lavahound
  • Inferno Dragon
  • Mother Witch

C-Level

With the exception of the Miner, players are underusing these C-tier cards. Although the Miner is a win condition card, it is still not enough to destroy an entire Crown Tower on its own, as it deals the least damage of all the legendary cards.

But he still made it to the C tier because you can use him anywhere in the arena without any restrictions. You can keep these C tier cards in the deck, but if you want to keep climbing the ranks, go for higher tier cards.

  • Miner
  • Night Witch
  • Phoenix
  • Royal Spirit

D-Level

Unsurprisingly, Ice Wizard is the only card in the D tier. This card slows enemy units but has no additional benefits. It has the second lowest damage of all legendary cards and will easily die with a fireball of the same level.
