Another Gamecocks target is no longer available after transferring to Ohio State.
Jayvon McFadden has chosen the Buckeyes over South Carolina, Maryland and Colorado. The Gamecocks must now re-orient themselves after failing to sign the three-star IOL from Upper Marlboro, Maryland.
South Carolina has only signed one offensive lineman for the class of 2025: tackle Shedrick Sarratt Jr. Ultimately, they will definitely try to fill that position.
