Warwick, Rhode Island According to Capital Group Properties, X-Golf will open a new location at Warwick Center, a 160,000 square foot shopping center. X-Golf will offer a golf simulator experience at this new 8,500 square foot location, scheduled to open in late 2024 next to The Paper Store.
X-Golf offers an indoor entertainment center, sports bar and year-round golf for families, amateur golfers and professionals alike. Based on nearly 20 years of research and development, X-Golf’s proprietary technology offers the world’s most accurate indoor golf simulator, allowing players to practice at their own level on famous golf courses from around the world.
“There are many golf courses nearby, especially towards South County,” said Marc Catanese, owner of X-Golf Warwick. “We are excited to have these regular golfers come by to try X-Golf and hopefully become regulars while participating in our fall and winter leagues.”
Since opening the first location in America in 2015, there are now 100 X-Golf locations across the U.S. and Canada. This new location offers instruction from a PGA professional as well as a retail area and event space for corporate events, birthday parties and more.
Warwick Center is comprised of national and regional tenants including Barnes & Noble, DSW, Edge Fitness, The Paper Store, Party City, Carrabba’s Italian Restaurant and Walpole Outdoors. Capital Group Properties has completed numerous capital improvements to enhance the mall since purchasing the property in 2022, including improvements to landscaping, parking, pylon sign, lighting and building facades.
Located at 1350 Bald Hill Road (Route 2) at the busy intersection of I-95 and I-295, the retail and commuter corridor is trafficked by more than 35,000 vehicles per day and is located at a traffic light intersection across from an 89,000 square foot Market Basket and Home Depot.
