The final four teams of the women’s Olympic basketball tournament are ready to compete in the semifinals.

In its second Olympic appearance, Belgium reached its first semifinal and comfortably defeated Spain in the quarterfinals. Former WNBA stars Emma Meesseman and Kyara Linskens each contributed 19 points to the victory.
