The Pokémon Trading Card Game’s current release schedule just got even busier with the release of the Grand Adventure Collection. Here’s everything you need to know about the pack.
It’s a busy time for Pokémon TCG players and collectors. Sets are coming out at a rapid pace, and while Shrouded Fable’s lukewarm start was underwhelming, Pokémon fans have their eyes on the horizon as Stellar Crown introduces the meta-changing Stellar Tera-types into the Scarlet & Violet era.
There’s not much breathing room, as the next set, Surging Sparks, has already been announced for November. You might want to keep a few dollars left over for when the set comes out, as the Pokemon Company just unveiled a new collector’s pack.
The Pokémon TCG Grand Adventure Collection has some fantastic promos for fans of the Pokémon Horizons anime. Here’s everything we know about the pack, including the release date and the promo cards included.

The Grand Adventure Collection will be released on 15 November 2024According to The Pokemon Company International, it will be available at Pokemon Center and “everywhere Pokemon TCG products are sold.”
The pack will be released exactly one week after Surging Sparks comes out, so you can keep the hype for the new set going. Pricing for the Grand Adventure Collection has not been announced yet, but we’ll be sure to update readers as soon as the information becomes available.
Promo cards from the Pokemon Trading Card Game “Grand Adventure Collection”
The Grand Adventure collection pays homage to the Pokemon Horizons anime, and the promo cards in this collector’s pack feature the series’ most popular characters. The promo cards included are:
- 1 Sprigatito foil promo card featuring Liko and Sprigatito from Pokémon Horizons: The Series
- 1 Fuecoco foil promo card featuring a picture of Roy and Fuecoco from Pokémon Horizons: The Series
- 1 oversized foil promo card with Terapagos & Friends
The Pokemon CompanyTerapagos & Friends is the highlight here, with some outstanding artwork featuring the main characters Liko and Roy, as well as Friede and our personal favorite Captain Pikachu. The oversized card has a broken attack that could potentially do 600 damage with a properly stocked bench. Because of this, there probably won’t be a standard-sized variant for play in the Pokémon Trading Card Game.
Each of the promo cards features the Pokemon Horizons logo and should be a must-have for fans of the anime. Of course, these promo cards aren’t all you get if you opt for the Grand Adventure Collection.
Booster packs of the Pokémon Trading Card Game collection “Grand Adventure Collection”
Since the Grand Adventure Collection is a bundle product, it also includes four booster packs from the Scarlet & Violet era of the Pokémon Trading Card Game. Although these have not been officially confirmed, promotional images show packs from the upcoming Stellar Crown and Surging Sparks sets.
Given the pack’s release date, it’s likely that these will be the booster packs included. This means that people who buy the Grand Adventure Collection will have a chance to grab some of these Stellar Tera-type Pokémon and new ACE SPEC Trainer cards.
