Meanwhile, Sean Brady believes that his striking power will be a problem for Gilbert Burns, despite being a dominant fighter in wrestling.
Brady wants more strikes than Burns
It’s no secret that Sean Brady is an excellent wrestler and that this is also his dominant fighting style in the Octagon. However, as it turns out, the American believes his strikes are just as dangerous. And he wants to prove it against Gilbert Burns.
In a recent interview with James Lynch on YouTube, he simply said that people would be surprised at how good a striker he actually is.
“We’re definitely going to wrestle, we’re definitely going to strike. And yeah, I think a lot of people miss my striking, and I think it’s going to surprise a lot of people when we get in there.”
According to Brady, the two fit well together stylistically and it will be an interesting fight for the fans that is worthy of being the main event.
For Burns, this fight will be crucial for the rest of his career. If he wants to challenge for the title again, he will have to get back to winning ways.
