In Retro News I celebrate the 32nd birthday of the Super Scopea popular SNES peripheral. A buddy of mine who lived across the street bought one of these beauties, probably because he liked the bazooka design – a significant improvement on his NES gun. I spent many happy hours with his imported copy of Combat clashbut at the cost of 6 AA batteries (!!!) every four hours of playtime, because the wireless technology of the 90s was not only nice, but also rububbian.
