Aristocrat is the latest company to support responsible gambling organization BetBlocker.
BetBlocker is a UK registered charity that has a free app that blocks online gambling websites.
The desktop version blocks over 84,500 websites, while the mobile app blocks 1,500 websites and gambling apps.
At the time of writing, BetBlocker is active on nearly 15,000 devices and has parental controls to restrict additional adult content.
Aristocrat is not the only company that sees potential in the organization, as Stake has also signed a similar deal with the charity.
Duncan Garvie, Founder and Trustee of BetBlocker, said: “The BetBlocker project has gained significant momentum throughout 2024, thanks to recognition from some of the industry’s most reputable and knowledgeable organizations and support from industry event organizers, helping to raise awareness of our service.

Aristocrat will support BetBlocker through donations to ensure the app can continue to help people struggling with gambling-related harm.
Garvie continued: “This support ensures we can continue to support the tens of thousands of people who use BetBlocker every day to help them manage their access to gambling responsibly and minimise gambling harm.”
BetBlocker is available for Windows, Linux, Mac, Android, iOS, Fire OS and AppGallery.
