WILMINGTON, NC (WECT) – The Wilson Center has announced that Jay Leno will return to the show on Thursday, January 9 at 7:30 p.m., accompanied by special guest Arsenio Hall
“Widely referred to as the ‘hardest working man in show business,’ Jay Leno dominated late-night television for two decades and was the No. 1 The Tonight Show with Jay Leno. Leno now hosts and produces the series Jay Leno’s Garagewhich explores the world of cars and the stories of the people behind the wheel. He is co-host of the comedy game show You can bet on that with longtime friend and Tonight Show bandleader Kevin Eubanks,” the CFCC said in a statement.
Leno regularly performs stand-up shows, does voice-over work, writes columns for car magazines, and works on his collection of classic cars and motorcycles.
“Arsenio Hall became a household name with the success of his Emmy-winning late-night talk show, The Arsenio Hall Show. When The Arsenio Hall Show debuted, Hall changed the face of late-night television virtually overnight by captivating young viewers across the country. During his successful five-year tenure as executive producer, he provided a forum for cutting-edge comedy, politics and the debut of pop superstars,” the announcement continued.
Tickets go on sale for Wilson Center members at 10:00 a.m. on August 28 and for the general public on Thursday, August 29 at 10:00 a.m.
